Musical House On Harvard B&B presents First Class Accommodations & Personalized Services.

PayPal is how we process Credit/Debit cards. CASH & CHECKS must clear scheduled timelines.

Please read all policies below:

˜ Request your room by e-mail: albert@musicalhousebandb.com.

˜ Room rates are $125.00, $134.00 (single) & $149.00 per night (+ 9.5% tax) - includes full breakfast.

˜ Rooms may be previewed, by appointment, prior to reserving.

˜ Rooms are reserved with 1st night rent paid. The balance is due 4 days prior to guest-stay.

˜ Single occupancy guests with over-night guests must pay rate difference - includes breakfast.

˜ Pay your invoice on time to avoid an inconvenient room cancellation.

˜ Refunds are made prior to ten (10) days before check-in with no cancellation fee.

˜ Cancellations ten (10) days or less before check-in are subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.

˜ Cancellations four (4) days or less result in deposit forfeiture unless we re-rent the room.

˜ Refunds are credited within ten business days after cancellation.

˜ Check-in Time: 3:00PM - 5:00PM unless otherwise arranged.

˜ Check-out time: 12:00PM.

˜ Children are welcomed with advance arrangements required.

˜ Children ages .01 - 12 staying in parents room are $15.00 per night each.

˜ Pets are provided for at the B&B by advance arrangement only.

˜ Kitchen utensils make contact w/peanuts, wheat, soy & other food allergens.

˜ Breakfast is served 8:00AM - 9:30AM unless otherwise agreed upon.

˜ Early & late breakfast seekers receive a Journey Box.

˜ Invite friends to breakfast! $15.00 per person all-inclusive - including tax!

˜ Rooms accommodate dual occupancy - includes full breakfast.

˜ Additional people may join some rooms @ $25.00 per person - includes full breakfast.

˜ A photo ID is required at time of check-in.

˜ Musical House On Harvard B&B is a non-smoking establishment on the inside.

˜ Smoking is allowed outside. Please be considerate.

˜ Rooms are cleaned & sanitized between each guest-stay, and on request.

˜ Room air is germ sanitized upon request w/GermGuardian™ technology.
