Musical House On Harvard B&B presents luxury accommodations & personalized services.

˜ Room rates are $125.00, $134.00 & $149.00 per night (+ 8.9% tax) - includes a full breakfast.

˜ Rooms may be previewed before reserving - by appointment.

˜ Rooms are reserved with 1st night rent. The balance is due 4 days prior to guest-stay.

˜ Conciegre Services are free only after reserving a room and paying the deposit.

˜ Single occupancy guests may bring home over-night guests but must pay rate difference prior to checkout - includes a full guest breakfast.

˜ Pay your invoice on time to avoid an inconvenient room cancellation.

˜ Refunds are made prior to ten (10) days before check-in with no cancellation fee.

˜ Cancellations ten (10) days or less before check-in are subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.

˜ Cancellations four (4) days or less result in deposit forfeiture unless we re-rent the room.

˜ Refunds are credited within ten-business days after cancellation.

˜ Children are welcomed as residents with advance arrangements required.

˜ The kitchen & utensils make contact w/peanuts, soy & other food allergens.

˜ Breakfast is served 8:00AM - 9:30AM unless otherwise agreed upon.

˜ Early & late breakfast Seekers receive a delicious Journey Box.

˜ Invite friends to breakfast! $10.00 per person all-inclusive - including tax!

˜ The rooms accommodate up to two people - includes a full breakfast.

˜ Additional people may join some rooms @ $15.00 per person - includes a full breakfast.

˜ Smoking is allowed outside. Please be considerate.
